The ICCO Facility Management team ends the working week on a positive note by organizing an internal workshop dedicated to Quality. The event is supported by our colleague from the Quality department and brings together colleagues from different areas of the company in a joint effort to strengthen the quality culture and continuously improve internal processes.
A continuous commitment to excellence
ICCO Facility Management is a strong team, built over time through projects delivered to high quality. However, real performance comes from a desire to get better every day. This workshop is further proof that our focus is not just about maintaining quality, but developing and applying it at every stage of our work.

The meeting will discuss plans for 2019 regarding quality support, process optimization and, last but not least, the importance of effective communication between departments, an important element for the success of any quality management system.
