The objective of the work consisted in the construction of an industrial hall for production and storage activities, together with all the necessary utilities, technical spaces, social groups and annexes. The project also included the construction of the internal alleys, parking lots, redevelopment of the existing platform, sidewalks, green areas and perimeter fencing.
