Among the most recent works carried out are the complete execution of the vertical systematization, infrastructure and superstructure, architectural works, as well as the installation of electrical, thermal, plumbing and HVAC systems. Projects have also included ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire extinguishing and fire detection installations (including integration of the Honeywell FLEXES system into the existing infrastructure), external potable water and sanitary sewer networks, and the installation of photovoltaic panels for energy efficiency.
