About Apex
The Dutch group Apex was founded by the Romanian Mircea Dinulescu, an inventor who owns several brevets in the domain of heat exchangers. The Group entered Romania in 2008, when it rented a hall on the former Tractorul industrial platform. Subsequently, in 2010, following a 4-million Euro investment Ulterior, the Group bought a 15,000 sqm land in Cristian.
